When You Can Return

1. Quality Issues

You may request a return or replacement if you receive:

  • Print defects or color inconsistencies
  • Material issues
  • Stitching or construction defects

2. Order Mistakes (Our Fault)

We will replace or refund if:

  • Wrong size, color, or design was shipped
  • Items arrive damaged
  • Items are missing from your shipment

3. Shipping Problems

You may request support for:

Items damaged during transit

Lost packages caused by the carrier

Excessively delayed packages

When Returns Aren’t Accepted

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer
  • “Change of mind” after placing the order
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

Return Steps

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Processing

  • Damage during transit

You Pay (Customer-Covered Shipping) When:

  • Incorrect size chosen
  • Change of mind

International returns: Free

Refund Details

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days
  • Processing: 5–7 business days
  • Bank posting time: Additional 3–5 business days
